Friendly staff, clean room, enjoyable breakfast, who were always willing to help and ensured a pleasant stay with convenient luggage storage and 24-hour reception for added comfort.

Our experience was disappointing with a few aspects. The beds were pushed together to create a double, which resulted in an uncomfortable gap. The bathroom door was also quite squeaky, and we were constantly disturbed by a dripping toilet, which detracted from our overall comfort during our stay.

while the breakfast buffet was just okay, my expectations were absolutley higher, since I’m a solo traveler. I encountered ultra spicy food at dinner, not what I woudl ve wanted. Would it have hurt to pamper a guest like me with a complimentary drink? I almost wrote a glowing review but just couldn’t.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Breakfast options were varied, including both hot and cold selections, ensuring everyone could find something they liked. The swimming pool area was well-maintained and offered a relaxing escape with plenty of sun loungers available.

The location is a bit farther from the city center, making transport necessary.

the augusta was a lovely place to stay. the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. my room had a great view from the balcony, and the breakfast was fantastic with a lot of healthy choices. it's also near the cruise terminal, which was super convenient for my trip.

the staff were lovely and the hotel is perfect for walkers like me needing easy access to the city's sights, with the beautiful Castell de Bellver just 1.5 km away and the stunning Catedral de Mallorca a short 2.5 km stroll from the hotel, making every walk a treasure hunt of local landmarks and scenic park views that I thoroughly enjoyed during my stay.

i had a wonderful 5-night stay at the augusta. the location was peaceful, and the balcony view each morning was a delight. the staff were super friendly and accommodating. breakfast was a highlight, offering fresh and diverse options, making for a great start to the day.

Just a fine choice for a short interlude in Palma de Mallorca with great value. The pool area was relaxing and well-kept for a nice break. Consider renting a car to explore nearby attractions easily.

Super lekker stay! The staff were absolutely amazing, helped us out with first aid stuff when we had a little emergency. The apartment was huge and comfy – felt like home! The brekkie was on point too, so many options to fill you up for the day!

Just a bit far from the main action, had to use a bit of transport.

Had a lovely 5-night stay with a spacious room boasting great air conditioning and a large walk-in shower. The breakfast was surprisingly fresh with some delicious smoothies, but the lack of nearby bars was a downside. Would definitely consider returning!

The pool area is beautiful with plenty of sunbeds available. Breakfast options were great, but the location is quite hilly and challenging to walk back from the city. Bicycle rental is nearby, which is convenient for exploring. My studio room was spacious and very clean. a pleasant stay with friendly staff who were always helpful.
